Stronghold Partnership Steering Committee Launches Strategic PlanNews & Program Updates

Lead by newly elected chair Sara LaBorde, the Stronghold Partnership recently embarked upon a comprehensive strategic planning process that will serve as a framework to guide future Partnership activities. The Strategic Planning Committee includes Steering Committee members and key Partners. It will answer key questions about the scope of the partnership, funding sources, measures of success, and identify roles and responsibilities of Partners. Partner organizations will be encouraged to develop specific portions of the plan that involve their area of expertise.

The first draft of the Strategic Plan is projected for release during the February 2009 Stronghold Partnership meeting.
